JSC “ADMIRALTY SHIPYARDS” IS A PARTICIPANT OF NATIONAL PROJECT "LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY"

JSC “Admiralty Shipyards” became a participant of national project "Labour Productivity" for industrial enterprises. The program provides for an increase in the labour productivity of the project participants by 5% annually.

In order to implement the national project in 2022 within the territory of the enterprise specialized exercises and testings will be held and arranged training on the basis of basic and additional professional programs. These activities will be implemented with the support of specialists from the regional center of competence in the field of labour productivity of Saint-Petersburg. In addition, the specialists of JSC “Admiralty Shipyards” during the next year will take part in conferences, exhibitions, seminars, competitions, including international ones.

JSC “Admiralty Shipyards” pays much attention to development of the production system (PS). Designed by JSC “USC” and implemented at all the enterprises of the corporation, this PS is focused on continuously eliminating any losses at every stage of the product life cycle, maximizing the customer value and improving of overall operational efficiency. Starting from 2017, the system of workplace organisation 5 C for lean manufacturing has been implemented at JSC “Admiralty Shipyards”, aimed at identifying of internal resources that contribute to improving of working conditions and safety, enhancing of quality of the products, efficiency of organization of the workplaces, saving of energy resources, increasing of productivity and reducing of downtime of the equipment.
