ADMIRALTY SHIPYARDS BECAME A PARTICIPANT IN SPECIAL MORTGAGE PROGRAM PROVIDED BY VTB

Starting from November, 2023, the employees of Admiralty Shipyards will become the first participants in the special mortgage program of VTB for the shipbuilding industry, which makes it possible to get a credit for buying dwellings under favourable terms.

The special program will allow employees —the salary clients of the bank — to reduce the financial burden when purchasing housing in both the primary and secondary markets.

Of course, comfortable living conditions are one of the most important and piercing issues. The discount offered by VTB provides the employees of Admiralty Shipyards with a greater number of options to acquire their own living places" says Andrey Veselov, General Director of JSC “Admiralty Shipyards”. "This measure will, among other things, help attract young specialists to the enterprise and increase the attractiveness of the Company as an employer. It is an excellent thing that thanks to VTB our employees will have a real opportunity to improve their living conditions". At the first stage, the special program will be available to employees of JSC “Admiralty Shipyards”; in the future, the bank plans to extend its conditions to all companies included in the structure of the United Shipbuilding Corporation.

At the beginning of October, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of the state block of USC shares to the trust management of VTB for five years. According to the document, 100% of the Corporation's shares were transferred to the bank to improve the management efficiency and further develop the shipbuilding industry.
