JSC “ADMIRALTY SHIPYARDS” TOOK PART IN THE CAREER GUIDANCE ACTION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF PROJECT "PROFESSIONALITY"

The specialists from JSC “Admiralty Shipyards” took part in the career guidance event “Doors Open Day” as part of the “Professionality” Federal Project.

The “Doors Open Day” was held simultaneously at the College of Shipbuilding and Applied Technologies and at the Nevsky College named after A.G. Nebollsin. Specialists from the Admiralty Shipyards Human Resources Department told schoolchildren in the Vyborgskiy and Primorskiky Districts about professions in demand in shipbuilding, prospects for working at the oldest enterprise in the industry, its social policy and the opportunities that open up for young people who have chosen the shipwright profession.

JSC “Admiralty Shipyards” pays great attention to career guidance activities. In 2023, the enterprise took part in thirty events aimed at attracting young specialists to the shipbuilding industry. Almost 1,700 students from specialized secondary, secondary specialized and higher educational institutions were involved in them. Over the nine months of this year, the museum of the enterprise the historical museum was visited by about 1,500 schoolchildren and students.

In August 2022, the Admiralty Shipyards became a participant in the fedral project "Professionality". The project is aimed to develop and form an effective personnel training system for the shipbuilding (mechanical engineering) industry, replication of best mentoring practices in production and educational institutions, organization of the vocational guidance, implementation of educational programs; promoting employment and building career routes for graduates.
